According to Nandish Shah of HDFC Securities, the support level for Nifty 50 is set at 24,598, while resistance lies at 24,934–25,000. For Bank Nifty, Bajaj Broking notes a critical support cluster between 55,500 and 55,000.

The Indian market traded in a narrow range amid uncertainty over the delayed India-US trade agreement and mixed corporate earnings. L&T’s strong Q1 results lifted the industrial sector, while the auto sector lagged, weighed down by tariff-related concerns.
